Sideindhold
I dette projekt udvikles og afprøves et nyt og lovende koncept til effektiv bekæmpelse af mastitis samt forebyggelse af antibiotikaresistens. PCR-undersøgelser af tankmælk evalueres og videreudvikles som et værktøj til overvågning af mastitisforekomsten og udbredelsen af resistens i malkekvægsbesætninger.
I en række besætninger vil PCR-undersøgelser af tankmælk blive sammenholdt med prævalensundersøgelser af alle malkende køer. Der vil specielt blive sat fokus på forekomsten af Stafylokokkus aureus, Beta-Lactamase og B-streptokokker.
